Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Sandy Bin Job glitched route
Provide a full description of the bug: We were doing a 4 man bin run in sandy and as we trying to find a 40 route, we were hitting 38 bins trying to reach 40, then at a certain point trying to get the 40 route we just kept getting a 3 man route(under 30 bins), not sure if this is intended or not but it seems to have bugged to only accept 3 man routes after you spam it.

So let me get this straight: You get a route with 38 bins, decide to min-max it for a whopping two bins and RNG shuts that down? How unfortunate.
