Provide a full description of the bug: Hello and thank you for your time, Ive noticed in game that the Karin Karuma seems to be running either a Low LOD or possibly R* editor version of it.

Currently, the Interior is low-poly with no dials or lights of any kind. The exterior of the vehicle looks fine, but it won't allow Liveries to be applied to the vehicle properly. causing only the addons like bumpers, skirts and spoilers to have the liveries applied.
