Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: When prematurely removing thermal drill from Paleto bank vault, it renders the vault glitched and unusable until restart.
Provide a full description of the bug: Yesterday the vault got drilled but the drill got taken off prematurely. After this happened others in the area like me were able to still see the drill and see (when inspecting the vault) that it's on cooldown (see picture). However, the cooldown didn't end. 2 hours after the drill was still there for people that were in the area the whole time and the cooldown was still active on the vault dor. The person that owns the drill and stored it after it got taken off the vault door also experienced problems with the drill as if it were bugged. The drill was in a car boot, but kept vanishing and then re-appearing every time they checked. I will ask this party to reply if possible with their findings.
