When trying to purchase the new masks and such from the Halloween Vendor, it doesn't allow you to. It shows up as "Clothing Failed to Save!"

Nothing pops up in F8. 

 
Not broken, bad localisation.

Changed to be more clear in first hotfix.

 "Clothing Failed To Save! You don't have enough Halloween Tokens!"
