Just want to throw out a small QoL suggestion that could hopefully save people some headache when it comes to bike helmets.
Right now, if you're riding a motorcycle, you're technically required (by law at least) to wear a helmet- which makes total sense.
The problem is, if you're wearing a cap, beanie, or any other sort of headwear, GTA won't let you throw a helmet on top of that. Either you're wearing your normal hat, or a helmet, not both.
So to stay within the law, you'd need to change outfits every time you get on or off a bike, which might not always be possible and also gets a little tedious after some time.
My suggestion would be a helmet toggle system that lets you put a helmet on when getting on a bike, and take it off once you're off- without needing to change your outfit each time.
It could be done in a few ways:
I'm sure other people have had similar ideas before and also have a better understanding of the limitations in place, so feel free to discuss as always.
Thanks for reading

It could be done in a few ways:
- /Helmet command that equips a helmet
- Auto-equip script that detects when you get on a motorcycle and automatically puts on your helmet when you get on, then takes it off and restores your previous look when you get off.
- Helmet as a usable item in your inventory: Similar to another suggestion that was only made recently, having Helmets as an item in your inventory you can equip/unequip could also be a good solution
