Brief Summary: Having interactive appliances and more detailed furnishing.
Detailed Suggestion:
Everything you buy for inside your house is a decoration there is no interaction with it apart from the wardrobe and storage boxes but i wanted to suggest maybe adding interactive appliances like radios and tv's that work and being able to sleep in beds so you can sleep in your bed then spawn there next time you log on. Having things like radios or tv's where you can control the volume would create the possibility of house parties where police could break them up if they get out of hand, this can create more rp for the police but you can meet new people by advertising house parties on twitter. Being able to paint the walls and lay new flooring. extending on this maybe being able to clear clutter from your lawn and gardens and grow grass or lay stones to make the outside more presentable. Having to keep your house clean inside and out by actually cleaning your house otherwise you get bad interior or exterior which can cause damage. All of this would make the houses in game have a more real life feel and keeping it clean and tidy can increase and decrease the value of the property if you wanted to sell.
