How do I pay rent ?

I bought a new house right and it has 28 days rent I try to buy more days but won't work the option to buy is faded out is it not working ATM or am I doing something wrong I tried with cash still nothing

You can buy rent once you have 10 days or less left.

Issue is if you get to 11 days and the next day your going on holiday for two weeks how are you supposed to keep your house, you should be able to add rent whenever you want if you have the money.
