Invisible Bin?

There is an invisible bin inside the new restaurant next to Legion Bank that blocks the stairs. Only way to get over it is by jumping over it however, if you do, you can't see shit unless you leave the MLO.

Yes, restarted and it was still there. & yes, everyone sees the bin.
