Description of what happened: Tried to steal a sports hatchback in greenzone
What Rule Was Broken ?: [SIZE=medium]6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Sent him in game text message and asked him does he know that hes not allowed to steal cars in green zone on side chat, but he never responded.

Sorry my language, I just hate when people does that in green zone. :/
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
