ACT I
"The Beggining"
Jimmy Barlow was born on July 20th, 1985, in Ocean View Hospital, Vice City. His father is James Thompson, respected former mayor of Vice City. His mother is Anne Thompson, lawyer and solicitor of James's company. His family was upper middle class and he was living a decent life.
He started going to school as early as the age of 6. Primary school and secondary school were graduated with A+ and A accordingly. He didn't have anything unsual in his life during that time. After that he went to study in Los Santos University at the age of 17. There he met Jessica Harris, beautiful and clever young woman. They had three-year relationship and marriage plans, however a tragedy happened which turned many people's lives. It happened in June 2006, one month till Jimmy Thompson's, and Jessica Harris's, University Graduation. A range of suspects was released by the police, but not enough evidence was collected.
At midnight on June the 2nd, 2006, Jimmy Thompson was peering over a book with lamps on, studying for the final exams in the University. He had parted with Jessica Harris few hours ago, as she has been planning to visit her parents. Suddenly, the interior of the house was illuminated by flashing red and blue lights, coming from outside.
The flashing lights stopped infront of the house. After a minute someone knocked on the front door. Jimmy lifted himself off the chair and went to the door. He turned the lights outdoors, than he opened the door and saw two policemen, with their hats under their arms.
"Good evening. I am lieutenant Rockwell, and this is officer Taylor from the San Andreas Police Department." said one of them.
"How can I help you, officers?" replied Jimmy.
"We are looking for Mr. Jimmy Thompson."
"That would be me?" replied Jimmy with curiosity.
"Do you know Miss Jessica Harris?"
"Yes, I do?"
"Mr. Thompson," - continued the one, who was called officer Taylor, "I regret to inform you that Miss Harris was killed half an hour ago in a shootout."

ACT II
"In search"
Jimmy was destroyed psychically. With the help of his family and friends he managed to graduate university. After that with the help of the same he started searching. Searching for the one man who was responsible for the murder of Jessica.
After some time researching, with assist from a local police officer, a childhood friend, he started to believe that the suspect was a U.S. soldier on active duty. In hopes to be able to find him, Jimmy enlisted in the Delta Force recruitment program.
After time, his searching was still unsuccessful, but he did not give up. Two missions in the Middle East and Jimmy already was becoming a war hero - multiple medals, two promotions, praises from the commander of NATO forces in the ME himself. All due to circumstances. But the so deeply desired target was yet unreachable.
One day a friend, Jake Randall, called him. He and some others had found a new lead - to Jimmy's home town - Vice City. The suspect, they said, has left the army some time ago and now is in contact with the local underground circles. Jimmy was quick to leave the army and go to Vice City. He decided that if he joined the Police, it would be much more easier for him to be able to investigate. So he did as planned.
After an year of investigation, Jimmy Thompson had found a solid trace. His long research proved that the suspect is returning to the city of the crime...

ACT III
"LOS SANTOS"
Jimmy managed to get for himself a transfer and he was transferred on the position of his old friend Jake Randall. Randall went to San Francisco, but this is another story.
So here he was, Jimmy Thompson, in search of justice in the most dangerous city in North America.
He dedicated himself to the police work. For a short time he was already a Sergeant and a member of the SWAT team. But the work was a lot and he barely had time to investigate his own matter.
After one police academy a new cadet showed up - Peter Mitchell. He was prosperous officer, ambitious, and his persona showed to be vital in the future. Jimmy admired him for his dedication, but he was wrong.
Thompson was working hard and earning experience, increasing his skills and receiving the respect of the other officers and even the citizens. However, he was still a sergeant. This somehow bothered him because he was working very hard and the results he was giving were big, but Peter Mitchell was already lieutenant and a commander of SWAT. Jimmy realized completely that Mitchell leads the team well and that he doesn't have the leadership to lead it. But that he was sergeant for so long was really annoying for him, even when considered that he was deputy commander of SWAT.
Suddenly the Chief - Enrico Burton - resigned and Mitchell was placed on his position. The new Chief was quick to promote Jimmy to Staff Sergeant and give him to commandeer the SWAT. Jimmy was very happy about it but had concerns about if he'd do well or not. He thought he'd give it a try after all, when he has this opportunity.
Before he could celebrate the promotion, he was promoted again. This time the deputy chief - Martin Taylor, a person who Jimmy deeply respected and admired - decided to step down from that position and offer it to Jimmy. He had the following options: accept the deputy chief's position and the work that comes with it, or keep the SWAT commandership and get the commander's position. He chose the second option. Grave mistake.
After the first training of the SWAT team Jimmy Thompson was demoted by Mitchell to lieutenant for "lack of leadership skills" and gave the SWAT commandership to Warren Fisher. He understood that reason. Mitchell was right. Probably. Bad events were just to come.

ACT IV
"Something we call... badly messed up."
On the 24 of February ((2011)) Jimmy was walking near the announcement board at the station and his eyes froze on one announcement: "Application for SWAT Deputy Commander". Jimmy was the deputy commander, nobody else. Who has decided to remove him with no questions asked? He read on the bottom - "Warren Fisher". That was the new SWAT commander after Jimmy was demoted. So Jimmy was stunned and was gonna wait to see Fisher at the first moment possible. He walked around for some time and thought, but after a while his eyes were frozen again - on the SWAT roster. On the bottom he saw: "Jimmy Thompson has been removed from SWAT. Sig: Warren Fisher". Now the stun was mixed with a little anger. "Who is he to remove me from SWAT without even telling me? This requires serious investigation."
Few hours later Jimmy called Fisher on the radio to show up at the CO office. At that time Jimmy was LIEUTENANT while Fisher was SERGEANT. Therefore Jimmy was authorized to give orders to him and expect them to be executed.
Fisher walked in the office where Jimmy was waiting.
They greeted each other, than sat down. Jimmy was direct to the question.
"Why did you dismiss me from SWAT?" - asked Jimmy.
"This is SWAT matter." - was the reply. Fisher was trying to say that he won't tell Jimmy why he was fired.
"Oh, really?" - Jimmy shouted, clearly noticing that Fisher was being arrogant - "You will answer my question NOW!" - He was getting annoyed, with reason.
Fisher stood up and walked out of the door. Words cannot express what Jimmy felt in that moment. It was a mixture of anger, rage, stun and lack of decisions.
"Sergeant Fisher, come back to the command office IMMIDIATELY!" - shouted Jimmy over the radio.
"Fisher, THAT IS AN ORDER! Come back NOW!" - he shouted again.
The difference in ranks gives Jimmy the ability to order to Fisher, and by the rank rules he should've came back. But he didn't.
At this moment Jimmy went out, looked for Fisher and walked towards him. He pushed him to the wall, but Fisher predicted it and dodged it.

Now it was the race who would be to the Chief first.

The Chief arrived some time later and even though Jimmy was staying nearby, Fisher was the first. Nobody but the two of them know what they talked about and what he told him, but the result was that the Chief called Jimmy in his office and asked him to tell him what happened. Jimmy said everything as it happened but Peter Mitchell suddenly lost all the respect of Jimmy with the words "... you are dismissed from SAPD". From all the possible punishments towards any of the sides in the conflict, Peter Mitchell decided that he would fire him. Him, whose only fault was that he wanted to find the truth. Peter Mitchell after that proved that all of his decisions should be put on doubt, but that is another story.
Jimmy was very disappointed by everyone. On the way out, Warren Fisher said "Move out of the way, civilian." which simply resulted in Fisher falling on the ground with bleeding nose. In every normal police unit around the world the result of such event would be to escort Jimmy out of the station and let him go home and calm down. But this is San Andreas, so they decided they'd arrest Jimmy for "UNARMED ASSAULT ON A LEO".

ACT V
"Endgame"
He spent the night in the arrest. So humiliating for one of the most experienced and dedicated officers in SAPD. He decided that he must repair his record by any means necessary. On the morning he had already decided that he will go through one biker gang, Mongols MC, and reveal them the plan that the SAPD has against them and count on their support in restoring his honor by the only way he found, i.o.w. ... taking down TFA.
Well, faith had decided to offer another chance, even if for a little while. Jimmy was driving on the road near the beach towards the Mongols hideout when an FBI rancher pulled him over. "What do they want? Criticise me for yesterday as well?"
"Mr. Jimmy Thompson? Come with us please." - said one of the two agents, opening the back door of the SUV.
Jimmy suspiciously locked his vehicle and entered the back door of the federal SUV. Silently, the agents drove under the intersection in Commerce and pulled over there.
"We heard about why you were fired." - said the same agent. - "I cannot say that I disagree with you, but I cannot agree with you either. You should have come to us as soon as this had happened." - Than he looked towards the other agent on the passenger seat. He was right, but Jimmy didn't know what TFA's reach of power was.
"We cannot let such talent as yours go to waste," - said the passenger agent, - "therefore we are offering you a position within the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Do you accept it?"
"Uh, well... - mumbled Jimmy."
"Don't waste our time, yes or no?" - said the driver agent.
"Yes! I accept it."
"Very well. We'll pick you up in 20 minutes. Remember - nothing of this conversation will leave this vehicle. Understood?"
"Yes."
Than they drove him back to his vehicle and left.
Jimmy waited 20 minutes but nobody showed up. He waited 20 hours and nobody showed up. Even in 20 days he was neither called nor approached by anyone from FBI. He realized he has been joked with. Something that happens quite often recently. In that moment he was determined that no other way but revolution could change things. The Federal Authorities were not popular amongst the people. They were a dictatorship and did not obey rules. Jimmy really didn't know that at the time, but he realized it later on.

The following month Jimmy managed to establish connections with the underground world more or less. One day one of his ex collegues at the SAPD, then underboss of the Sindacco's, Lucas Dortino, invited him to a meeting at Glen Park bridge.
At the time two black Elegants arrived and pulled over by Jimmy. The tinted windows of the first one went down and Lucas shouted from inside:
"Thompson! Come in!"
There was space exactly for him at the back seat.
As the driver he saw Axel Connors, the ex-governor, but he didn't recognize him. Some chatter occurred, they introduced each other.
They drove to an abandoned construction site in Las Venturas. There they all exited the vehicles. Jimmy saw Lloyd Aiden, Jimmy McCafferty, Igor Abramovich, Jason Claude in addition to Axel Connors and Lucas Dortino. He knew almost none of them.
The topic of this meeting was the organization and execution of an operation for taking down TFA. They already had their own plan and did not take much consideration of Jimmy's offers. Abramovich was almost always on the phone and McCafferty and Claude were acting rude with him, thinking he is undercover. But there is no way they could've known. The plan was not very well prepared and had it's mistakes. It was doomed to fail.
After two hours the rebels went back in the cars and drove off. With them, another vehicle drove off as well...

The plan was to be executed on the following day. Jimmy twisted his ankle in the most pathetic way and couldn't participate. Faith has different plans...
Anyway, the whole operation was a failure, and from the news Jimmy managed to understand the mistakes of the plan and fixed them. He was now on his own.

Two of the participants in the revolt were founders of the San Andreas Republican Party, and Jimmy decided that he could gain the support of one of the previous members, Richie Banks. Also Lucas had mentioned him something once from which he knew that this Banks guy could be trusted. In fact, Richie Banks fooled everyone.

For some time Jimmy was meeting with Richie Banks, discussing how they would recruit and execute Jimmy's plan. During that time, the Los Santos Freedom Movement started to uprise. Several protests against TFA under their command took place, all of them ending in a bloodbath.
Eventually, the Los Santos Freedom Movement opened recruitment and Jimmy applied for it. Than he got a call and arranged a meeting with the leaders - Claude Sanders and Max Huxtable.

They went to a warehouse in Ocean Docks. There Max and Claude explained to him what it is all about, and Jimmy explained them his plan. They both warned Jimmy about Richie Banks, that he is working with the TFA. It was hard for him to believe, but he did in the end. He wasn't really afraid of him, because he knew how to deal with him.
The new friends never met again.

On the following day Jimmy acknowledged that Max Huxtable had been caught and executed by TFA.

The same day there was an advertisement that was from and old colleague of his - Miguel Fenech, saying that he wanted to meet him. He called him with the according precautions and they decided to meet at Glen Park bridge. There he stopped his vehicle and remained in it with engine on. He had a bad feeling.
Fenech approached him and they introduced. Jimmy was never looking away from the mirrors and the road, expecting the threat to come from any side.
- They got Max, y'know... - Fenech said and a fraction of the second was enough for Jimmy to realize that this was a setup. He pushed the pedal to the metal, but it was too late. Two Huntleys and a Burrito blocked his way and several AKs shot down the vehicle. There was no way out.

Half an hour later he found himself on a chair, tied, in a hangar somewhere in the desert. Around him there were people who he didn't know, all dressed in civilian clothing, wearing AKs. Jimmy nearly laughed at them because he understood that the crimes of TFA were not a myth, not made up by anyone, they were true - each member of The Federal Authorities was a criminal, just like the whole organisation that had called itself to be the lawful government of San Andreas. He didn't have any doubts now. A second later he saw... Warren Fisher.
One of the "criminals" there read a long list of charges that the so called government had thought of. Terrorism, violent acts against the government, treason, and all other usually horrible things of which ONLY ONE, EXACTLY ONE was true - planning against TFA.

"One man's freedom fighter is another man's terrorist."

They said he was sentenced to death by an injection and they did it immediately. Jimmy didn't say anything until the poison started to work.

- TFA will go down, one way or another. Your tyranny will come to an end. Men fall, and others take their place. I fell, captured by a traitor, Miguel Fenech... But another brave warrior will take my place! You will never have peace! And, Fisher. I will see you in HELL!!!

Epilogue

The traitor - Miguel Fenech, was killed by Claude Sanders a few minutes after TFA arrested Jimmy Thompson. Peter Mitchell, the Chief of Police, eventually turned against TFA in an ineffective way and is now in federal prison. Max Huxtable was replaced by his son - Liam Huxtable, and together with Claude Sanders will continue to fight against the evil. TFA will prove with time that it's superiority is hardly questionable, but it's tyranny - undoubtful. Warren Fisher and Richie Banks were both in TFA, but they will both pay for their deeds.
Half an year after these events, it seemed that their own turn against them - Thomas McField, former special agent in charge, started a riot and the longingly asleep rebels will now rise. Even though, in 2012, new people entered TFA and fresh and better work started to be done.
Many of the people who Jimmy knew acknowledged for his death... Jake Randall, James Thompson, Alex Mason, Robin Harris, Samuel McKnight, and many others...

Retaliation

It was a friday night. Common weekday, for most. The weather was cool and the skies were clear so all of the stars on the sky could be seen.
Several advertisements had been made in the past days, announcing that an old and famous club in Los Santos is reopening. Alhambra Club had a new owner and after renewing it, the club was having grand opening that night.
Many high ranked people from all layers of society were present at the opening. Especially representatives of the underground world. Renowned mobsters and associates of Gino Stefano were present, even Gino himself seemed to be around. Claude Sanders was there as well. He had a clear view of everyone around the club's entrance. Leading one of the most feared organizations out there, The Agency, had made him know who's who in the underground. So many familiar and notorious faces.
But even Gino Stefano himself could not attract Claude's eyes. One man's face managed to do it, though. A face from the past. Few men were still alive to remember Claude's friend, Max Huxtable, and the betrayal committed by Richie Banks which resulted to his death. He also remembered about Jimmy, Thompson was his surname, the lad who was the only person the two of them allowed near. Banks had betrayed him as well.
Many noble people had died due to Richie Banks's ambitions. Claude felt sadness.

Sanders was accompanied by several of his men. Banks was standing a bit to the side of the others. He panicked when he recognized the man moving towards him. Having time to run to his car and escape, he made a few steps backward, however he did not. His face was expressing helpless fear. Claude opened his jacket and his silver colt was revealed, tied to his belt. Richie did not resist the invitation to enter Claude's car.

Several thoughts were troubling Claude's mind. Richie apologized, said he changed. He was already asking for a second chance. But what then? Max's soul... What would Max do in his position? Yes... it was becoming clear now. He would execute Richie to take revenge. It was not his decision. This is what must be done. Claude made a quick phone call. Liam, Max's son, was already abroad because of the major rebellion in January. He had to leave the country, otherwise he would follow his father's footsteps to the afterlife. Liam must be the one to decide Richie's fate. And so he did.

"Execute him, so my father can rest in peace." - were Liam's words.
The car stopped. Claude turned his eyes to Richie on the next seat.
"Exit the vehicle."
Richie followed the order without any moaning. Claude winded down the windows in his car.
"Walk straight. Don't run. Walk." - said Sanders. He remembered once more about Max and that gave him strength. He got out of the car.
Richie had walked five meters away from the car when Claude exited his vehicle. He looked at Richie and took out an UZI from his jacket. A tear could be seen on Claude's face. Banks heard the gun's safety bolt go down and then many gunshots were heard.

Richie was a snitch. He did not deserve to be shot in the front. That was Claude's code. And by that code he took out almost every responsible person for Max's death.

First Miguel Fenech, then Peter Mitchell and for Claude, with the death of Richie Banks the circle was closed. Yes, Max Huxtable's death was avenged... But he did not know everything...

Judgement Day

Jake Randall was Jimmy's friend and as such, Jimmy used to tell him everything. Of course he told him about Warren Fisher, who he was and what he had done.

Once Jimmy stopped replying to Jake's emails, Jake realised something bad has happened. Jimmy once said, "If something happens to me, you will know who has to pay."

Jake only had the name and occupation of the said Warren Fisher - federal agent in TFA. But he was not in SAPD anymore and his database access was cut off. He had to find another way of tracking down Fisher without risking his safety in search of a federal agent whose face he had never seen before.

So he used the old school method. Cleaning advertisement.

Soon a guy who presented himself as 'Lee' contacted Jake via email. Carefully making sure Lee is really what he needed, Jake revealed to him who the target is. 'Lee' provided Jake with photos, addresses, vehicles of Warren. He never asked for payment even though Jake offered generous reward several times, then suddenly disappeared and Jake never heard of him again. They never met in person. In the meantime Fisher disappeared as well.

Nearly two years passed since then and Jake was back in Los Santos for Christmas.. His friend, Conan Rockwell, being Chief of Police, granted him access to the SAPD building and technically reinstated him, because of a threat that he feared of.
Jake made use of that opportunity and checked all databases again for any update on Warren Fisher. Nothing new, just the same old officer application which was denied back at the times when SAPD reopened after being closed for revolting against TFA. It was good enough though, because it contained address. It was a newer address than what 'Lee' had given him. Jake decided to check it out. More precisely, he checked it out at midnight of 23rd to 24th of December, just a day before Christmas Eve.

He approached the house like a distant shadow, peeking through the illuminated window of the house which held the address mentioned in the database.
It was obvious someone was inside - a television noise and the illumination of a lamp proved it. The door was locked, so he had to pick the lock really quietly. It took him a while because he nearly forgot how to do this after he left FBI.

Jake pulled out his Desert Eagle from his holster as he approached the living room.
"Put your hands behind your neck, prick!"
"What the..." - said Warren as he turned around in the sofa. His face froze in horror.

Jake was wearing a full head mask, which was specifically tailored, based on a picture of Jimmy Thompson, to look exactly like him when someone puts it on. He really looked like Jimmy with the mask on, besides that he was shorter. He also made sure he wore the same style of clothes.

"What are you? A ghost?! You are dead!" - exclaimed Warren as the masked Jake aimed his weapon at him.
"I'm the ghost of the past, the present and the future Christmases, Warren, and I am here to collect payment for what has been done." - said Jake firmly to the pale face of Fisher.
Jake raised the cock of his weapon as he aimed decisively at Warren.
"I am here to avenge for the death of Jimmy Thompson, and as you can see. Stand up. STAND UP I SAID! Walk next to the wall. On your knees, facing away from me." - and Warren did as told, without moaning under the fear of the large caliber pistol and the stun from the appearance of his dead enemy. Jake aimed for his head.
"You should've just said the reason for the dismissal from SWAT and everything would have been different..." - said Jake as he pulled the trigger four times.

BANG. BANG. BANG. BANG.

Warren slowly looked at the wall in front of him and saw four bullet holes. His ears were ringing and he felt weak. Then he looked down towards his torso, expecting to see blood.

But there was none.

"Warren Fisher... because of the Christmas spirit and God's legislation that all men should be good and not seek revenge, I hereby forgive you. You are free... and alive." - was what the cold voice of Jake said.
Warren turned around slowly, standing up on his feet, still shakey.

"You have 24 hours to leave the country. If I ever see you again, or if I ever hear that you are back in San Andreas, I will find you, and I will -KILL- you."

Jake walked away, without turning around. He came back on the following morning to check if he had left. The house was empty.

The Last Resort

After the war, Jake received a letter in the post, it read: Dear Jake, I'M ALIVE, the TFA injected me with a poison and left after I was out cold, my pulse was weak and the left me for dead, I was out for a few hours, but when I came through, there was nothing there for me, I looked around the hanger, in boxes, crates and the remaining vehicles, I managed to find a satellite phone and contact some old friends, they flew me to a small island called Alits, I'm alone here, the island appears to be under British rule, the authorities have no clue who i am, and I'm going under the name Kent Walsh when ever a LEO asks me, but I'm registered as Jimmy Barlow, callsign Cheetah. I need your help... there is an airport at coordinates 39.9196483,25.2382255,19z, land there in a civilian aircraft, bring the team, we need money.

THE END.

((The Coordinates in the final paragraph is the geographical location of the airport on Lemnos(The island the Altis is based from).))
