Knockout punches

This isn't a finished idea but I thought the best place to get feedback on it and for it to grow arms and legs would be here, the premise of this idea is how it sounds a small chance of when your in a fist fight that you can deal a knockout blow leaving the person on the receiving end blacked out similar to taking aspirin but maybe for an extended time of 20-40 seconds. The reason a feel this would make a positive impact is there is to many small "beefs" like calling someone something or talking to someone's missus that often ends up in you been shot or stabbed and the more often than not dumped, however this addition imo at least would encourage more fists fights meaning you can knock the person out and as being in most cases flee the scene leaving them there meaning no one is getting killed or left with serious serious injuries over something so petty. 

Feedback more than welcome as is the point of this if you think its shite please do say but suggestions and adaptions also more than welcome.
