Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)

I really didn't mean to do it, my laptop had just had an update and was being really laggy and so people weren't appearing until I was right up close so it was too late that when i was driving along the road, there was another car so I was on one side of the road and it only just loaded that there was people standing there and I tryed to brake but it wasn't fast enough so I ran them over. I would never do that on purpose it was just accident that I promise won't ever happen again and I fully respect the rule and the fact I have been banned in this situation. (update: my laptop seems to be working fine now, I don't know why it was being glitchy after the update)

What do you hope to get out of our server? Looking at your account you haven't done much since you came here.

 
@Vladic Ka I don't get what you mean, since I joined the server I have been on it almost every day, I put loads of spare time into it, I do quality RP and before this ban have never broken any server rules because I fully respect them. Ok I may not be a policeman or a medic, maybe not even put much effort into mining tbh but that's just not who my character is, I've joined a gang, and just before I got banned I was about to use the money I had saved to get a truck and start participation get more in trading. A I really love this server and would really appreciate it if I could get another chance on the server and really actually DO something, as you phrase it.

 
You have a few vehicles, a driver and a firearms license and very little money. I see these types of accounts a lot in this section of the forums and they are always here for VDM or RDM and either have a malfunctioning computer or didn't know the rules.

What type of RP do you do then? Have you got any examples or videos?

 
No, sorry I don't usually record but I am definitley not here just for RDM and VDM that's boring and ruins the game,I do know the rules, I did get a cup of tea, sit down and read them before I even joined the server. And no my computer never usually malfunctions this was just a one off annoying incident, really I shouldn't have been playing when my computer was acting up. I would just love for you to give me one more chance on the server and yes, If I ever do break another rule (which I will make sure I won't) then I will accept it, be very sad to leave the server, but still not bugger you guys because I understand the rules fully, my account right now, ok isn't amazing but I hope to make it amazing, I haven't been on this server that long and really hope for you to give me just one chance please. And I definitely will record in future. @Vladic Ka
