Description of what happened:
He was lockpicking a car in GZ.There was a car next to it broken,I am sorry I didn't record the sound but the guy next to me you can see in the pic that he tried to stop him as well.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes,he wasn't on teamspeak and he didn't say anything ingame as well..
