Description of what happened:
 
Me and Warren ride up to Athira Drug dealer as we heard a helicopter leaving. We see that one guy is left repairing his helicopter. We issue a couple of compliances since i stopped the vehicle at 30 meters away. The animation shows him stopping the repair and takeing out the weapon, so as a percaution i rubbered him with one bullet and restrain him. This is when the video starts, so at that time we hadnt gone into a gunfight with anyone or under the assumption we were in danger of guys takeing us out, since he also says he is "Outnumbered" so we continue with the RP for a couple of minutes, tell a helicopter to leave and then after 2 minutes or so Quinn says "Let me go or I will be killed in 5 seconds" i cant understand how he was getting that information and felt as if i had to then get him to safety, but all of a sudden my PCSO gets fired upon without any form of threats towards us.He actually as seen 02:40 in the video has his binoculors up at the point of beeing killed. Me realising snipers in the area i also comply but am shot down. They have had many reasons to tell me how what they did was the correct thing to do. At the end, we got the wrong message were we werent even threataned, They shoot without knowing the correct info was given (even if it was metagaming information) and they kill us when we are an absolout no threat to them what so ever.
 
So to sum it up.
We restrain one guy with a rubber bullet, made aware by him that he is alone, and also we secure the area and get no threats. Then the info is coming thru Quinn and he gives out the wrong info and we are sniped down with none RP what so ever.
 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: I am reporting Quinn for rulebreak 4e) as he gave out information while in handcuffs from the guys there. I am reporting Vincent and Kevin for rulebreak 3b)  since i cant see how they had given me any form of RP or given us enough time to comply. And shooting us without knowing the correct information was given.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: In short terms Yes. I was on TS up until 02:30 where in the end i had to go to sleep and wasnt going anywhere with the 7 people in the channel who told me i was doing everything wrong. So i went to sleep and took some advice today and i am going to report since i really dont think they understand my concerns if this report isnt put up.

As for the RDM claim against Vincent and I, you engaged on our gang member, we had EVERY right to engage on you. We had no idea what Quinn was saying to you as he was MUTED on TeamSpeak.

Also, you said you tried resolving it on TeamSpeak. We had to request for you to go to a room many times before you did, after STATING you would file the report. In that time you disrespected a fellow mentor and in game moderator. They had every right to be there, you had no right to ask them to leave in the way you did.

On to Quinn, he was muted on TeamSpeak throughout, we had no idea what he was saying to you, all we knew was that you engaged on our gang member.

I approve this report for the following reasons:

First of all if you are been taken hostage while being on your own you HAVE to atleast put some minimal decent RP into it.

Now saying: Well he tazed him so we had all right to shoot him is bullshit. If you are not in the active situation or RP Session but instead on a hill in the area then you have to get involved due to RP FIRST. There has to be said something before you can just shoot and the excuse "Yeah but he tazed him" does not count.

Also: How can you say "Someone" just told me to put your hands up? What do you mean someone just told you? Was there a ghost popping up and whipsering something into your ear? If you are being in restraints there is no way you can interact with others without the Cop noticing it (RP-Wise) and then still shooting him AFTER he issued COMPLIANCE and puts his hands up is just low and for me considered as RDM.

I am sorry if I am being a tiny bit rude in the way I am wording myself but it is very important that people understand those things. At the end of the day this is a SERIOUS RP Server and to achieve Serious RP there has to be communication and actual Roleplay. Cops are just doing their jobs. Still they do deserve the same amount of quality RP as everyone else. If you want to fight that is perfectly fine but you can have such great fights with good nice and quality RP which should make the experience even better. If you are just trying to make things go over as soon as possible you might be at the wrong place.

All of you gentleman can of course open an Unban Appeal and hopefully be willing to put an extra minute into your RP so it is becoming fun for everyone.

Excuse me? If a community Member says he does NOT feel happy with a Mentor being in the room then the Mentor HAS to leave. It is surely not the Mentors right to force himself onto Members. He is not an Admin nor a Senior Admin. He is there to offer help when it is WANTED. And I personally will take consequences on this Statement. Enough is enough. This is NOT why we recruited Mentors.
