Description of what happened: Well me and other guys were having a lough at Kavala church and we got annoyed by a hobo that kept going into peoples gear and cars inventories. We restrained the man and decided to drown him. We placed him in the car, hopped ourselfs in the car and me and the restrained hobo got killed by a random person that did not say a thing. I did not even see where did he shot from.
What Rule Was Broken ?:RDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He was not on TS and was not responding to a chat even.
