Mayor Kidnapped by BLR and AM - 14/09/2014 Event

Hello all!

Blacklisted Rebels and Altis Militia have kidnapped the mayor and they have to get Mayor Peter File, to the red zone. During the trip from Kavala to the desired location, they are susceptible to attack however the police or any other rebels can only disable the vehicles, you can not kill any of these rebels at this time because if any member of BLR or AM dies then the mayor is killed. You have use RP to get the Mayor, such as outnumbering them. The police have to find the blacklisted rebels and Altis militia on the island.

Once the BLR and AM get to the red zone, they are going to start negotiating. The police are allowed to get a rescue mission but only if they are 100% sure that the mayor will not be killed. The NHS will be on standby at this time with the police. This can not be camped.

If negotiations have been met, and BLR and AM have gotten their demands, the mayor is set free and BLR and AM will try to escape. The moment the Mayor is in police custody, free fire is set and the rebels can either intercept and get the mayor or they can intercept the BLR and AM’s loot. To escape BLR and AM have to get to the red zone and then they have escaped and the rebels can not chase anymore. Meanwhile the police have to get the mayor to the Pyrgos HQ. If another rebel gang get the mayor then they are awarded £2 million.

The polices main priority is getting the mayor back. They are only allowed a maximum of 2 hunters and a hellcat. They can use as many SUV’s or Offroads as they wish.

If the mayor is killed then riots will start in Altis, and all crime will become legal, and the police have to try and neutralize the crime, they have permission to go lethal with everything.

You can not focus on killing the mayor.

RDM/VDM is not allowed

This only applies for 10 minutes after the event if the mayor dies until we announce it.
