Missing Forum Tag

I donated to the server on the 20th and i donated on the 6th, however i dont have my forum tag and burple name. in total i donated £10 and an admin by the name of alfred gave me my teamspeak tag.

If you can help that would be amazing, TY -dominic

Yeah i know that but the admin told me that i can get it sorted if it is in a 30 day period of both donations
