No need to download anything! Shift G should work and shift J as well without any downloads!

You can only knock someone out if you have a gun in your hand though

shift + g= knock out (have to have a weapon out)

shift + h= holster firearm

ctrl + h= unholster firearm

shift + p= earplugs

shift + r= restrain

shift + j= hands up/down

Be careful when hitting shift h or g as I have personally accidentally knocked someone down when trying to put my weapon away or pull it out.
