I feel like we need more of that junkie that's not in heavy crime just buys drugs off the local dealers on the gang territories who goes up to everyone always says the most random weird shit like the one most popular and loved ASBO junkie that's in every neighbourhood that has a laugh with everyone and is known by the police for petty crimes etc.
