Good Day to you dear Altisians,
Doesn't this post look familiar..... again.... I should really make this into a template, lols
We're Looking for new mentors!
The Mentor team has helped many disputes, many arguments, moderated events such as ALUK’s XFactor, and community meetings as well as introducing new players to our server, guiding them in roleplay, how to play, what to do, and more. This has had a very positive impact on the community, allowing the admin team to focus on the jobs that need done.
In a rapidly growing community like AltisLifeUK, it is essential to have a functioning and dedicated support team available to deal with the lower level issues, and now we’re looking to boost our numbers

We are looking for people that will be VERY active on the mentor team. Applications are open to all factions (Police, NHS, Rebels and Civs).
We're not going to disclose how many applications are going to be accepted just yet, but we will explain;
The process
We're going to be accepting quite a few mentors, however we're focused on QUALITY over Quantity, so this is how it will work.
- Step 1: Applications
Fill one here> CLOSED
Scan with your mobile at ease.
- Step 2: Patience
These applications are open till Midday (UK Time) Saturday 3rd October. We'll then spend the weekend shifting through the applications to make a selection.
This time, we'll attempt to PM all applicants with a response to make them aware if their application is successful or not. At this point we'll head to....
- Step 3: Interview
As we send out invites to an interview, you'll probably have little time to prepare as we'll want to get through these in a quick manner. Think of how a mentor should answer questions, as you may be tested on a real person looking for help.
-Step 4: Entrance Phase
We'll be then going through the interviews we've collected data on, and then sorting out who to let in. We'll be staggering in this entrance phase, so keep an eye on the acceptance thread that will appear soon as it will be updated on a weekly basis accepting new mentors in until we hit our limit.
It sounds really complicated, but this ensures everyone a fair and equal chance to get into the Mentor Team, and also ensures the best possible quality of staff we can get. After we hit our limit of Mentors, The remaining applicants who completed the interview will receive a PM on the forums.
Best of luck to all that apply,

Andrew "Neo" Anderson
