Really simple bug to fix.

On this page here: https://www.roleplay.co.uk/forms/6-altis-nhs-application/

under  STEAM ID it links to your ( I assume) old stats page. Needs to be updated to the new one.

No longer use stats page so this stats link needs removing entirely from all forms (and the forum navigation top menu)
