Brief Summary:
A working bowling alley for people to come a play on, similar to how golf works. So many people have come to me saying "Hey Niko let's go bowling" so I thought why not suggest it.
Detailed Suggestion:
My thought was having it a fixed payment (similar to the golf course) to play. There could possibly be a bar where you can buy drinks and food. I think adding another passive activity would be enjoyable for people to come and do something different. Go as a group, team vs team, on a date, become a professional bowler etc. This could also be manageable by players especially if there was a food/bar system inside as that would need to be stock up.
