No Garage at my house.

Hello Team!
Well, i bought this house, and first there was a garage and i been using it a few times..
the local car keep spawning there, so i have to ram it away to be able to use my garage.. but this time, it was all gone.. i had no garage, and as u can see in the clip, i did try everything i could to hit a spot.. and it shows it is my house.. (House 158)

Also, when u are more than one person in there, the other person falls down and only his head is shown at the floor, or he keeps jumping up in the air.. 
if any could have a look at this, that would be amazing
