In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I just joined the server for the first time with 2 of my friends he said i was in a truck so i went and found a truck and hopped in the back. I didnt know that i got into the wrong truck and the guy locked the doors and began to drive away from the city. I asked the guy 2 time to let me out i was in the wrong car and why he was doing this, later he pulled up and said which one of u said something about Scotland, i had no idea what the guy was talking about so i said to him "dude i dont know what you are on about can u let me go" then he just said ok then and shot me. Obviouly i was mad yes i just joined the server and got in the wrong truck and got killed who wouldn't be? after he killed me i did shout at him and asked him why he did it, i said "WTF man why did u kill me u fucking idiot i dont know what ur talking about and u still execute me ok u fucking idiot" never once did i call anyone a nigger at all, but that is what i got banned for ever tho there was 3 other people in the truck.

Why do you want to return ?

My friends tell me its a really really  good server and i haven't had chance to even try it, i just want to play some decent life server.

Why should we unban you ?

I think i should be un-banned because this has been taken way out of context and blown up for nothing when there no proof that i actually said it when there was 3 other people in the vehicle and how is it fair that i get a permaban and the other person get a warning when the admin even admitted to me that he didn't fully know who said it, seems really 1 sided and unfair to do this. i have been nothing but compliant when speaking to admins and spoken to them with respect ask any of them who i spoke to. if i was that toxic i would have gone into ts and started haling abuse at admins but i never did i was trying to get this issue resolved and speaking to them normal respectful way and understand that they couldn't really help me.

As for the Bump on my post i fully understand, but see it from my view its like 10pm join a server for the first time get taken and killed within like 10min and then for  someone says some bad shit and i got the blame i was abit pissed so i wanted to get my post seen yes i apologies for that and fully recognize its my fault, its my fault but for me to get a permaban and other guy get a warning its completely unfair. i never really got a chance to play the server as well and i really enjoy playing life RP

@Alex Jones- We do not normally allow people to appeal before 6 months is up for a permanent ban hence my response.

On John's request I have looked at your ban and can see it was for racism, I also note the posting on my profile was breach of another rule and the fact you bumped your unban appeal is a sign of no patience.

However you cannot go around saying the N word no matter what the game, its disgusting and you should be ashamed, Also i can see you was raging acting like a spoilt brat because something didn't go your way... I think you need to grow up a little! It is certainly not what this server or community is about, No good roleplay ever comes from keyboard warriors!

So i am going to deny this appeal you are welcome of course to appeal in 6 months when you have reflected on your actions.
