In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was on the gun of a technical, and an armed person was running towards me. I used direct chat thinking people outside the vehicle could hear me giving a warning, I couldn't have been more wrong. Because of this, I shot and killed the person after not hearing a response (for obvious reasons seen as though they would not have heard me).

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Playing on various other roleplay servers, I have also quit smoking which has saved me a considerable amount of money

Why do you want to return ?

To experience what I still consider to be one of the best Altis RP servers, as well as take it more seriously.

Why should we unban you ?

I've been banned for over a year now, and realise the error of my ways and now fully appreciate what this server offers in comparison to similar servers. I regret what I've done, and realised that direct chat can NOT be heard outside of vehicles. Instead of shooting, I should have been more patient, getting out of the vehicle and trying to communicate that way instead. I have also taken the time to read the rules more thoroughly, and as a result would be more disciplined on the server if unbanned.

Hi Drew

To be honest I didn't know a perma ban could be appealed until a friend told me, I thought essentially that was the end.

Since then I've concentrated on my professional career and playing on other roleplay servers, however I've never got properly into them due to the fact I developed a good character on this server. Trying to recreate it on another just seemed a waste considering what I achieved on this server and the perks that came with it i.e. buying houses, better RP experience etc. 

I feel that now is the right time to come back in anyway due to the fact my life has settled down a bit and I can play more consistently.
