In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned under the 1.2 (Racial discrimination) at the time. I am aware that the rules have changed in orders, but that;s the rule I broke.
As part of a snake test (In order to be trusted by a group of people, you say a discriminating statement or phrase, and you are "trusted") I said a phrase which was horrific to the admins ears as I'm sure it would be to anyone who heard it. As a result of me selling out gang information to the Police, and them finding out, they used the recording of the snake test I participated in and used this to get me banned under the 1.2 rule.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
I've mostly been up to my neck in college work. I'm studying Law at A level and am on track to do really well - I feel like this has matured me as learning facts about the court and sentencing systems has really allowed me to get of lightly in terms of the Communities' rules. I've also been playing a lot of Escape from Tarkov which is a game a greatly enjoy playing. If i'm honest I've been thinking about RPUK for a few months now (roughly 2/3) and it has spurred me into writing this ban appeal, to offer my skills and much more to the community
Why do you want to return ?
As I stated above, in the first few months I wasn't really phased about the whole ban, but in recent months the thought has crossed my mind many times, and reminds me of the days I spent making friends who I still talk to, and learning social and working skills through a game (which is pretty impressive).
Why should we unban you ?
In all honesty, I think my ban was very much rushed through due to the whole situation at the time, I didn't argue with my ban, and I accepted it. All I'm asking for is this last chance to prove that what I said, was a "in the moment thing" and I can assure you that I don't have those certain types of views. There if so much more I can put into the community and vise versa.
