In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
It all stemmed from me cracking a funny with the lads one night. After a full day of pure hardcore roleplaying, i was getting tired. It is worth noting that is was creeping up to bed time. Shortly before my bed time, i made a funny (again) saying something along the lines of 'if im ever banned ill make a vdm montage like those bankers kids.' Obviously, this was a joke. I even got a few laughs and i even laughed myself if i remember correctly. (because im a funny geezer)
I was with a fair few people that night in teamspeak. I dont remember who, but i certainly did not say this to anyone i dont know. If you know me, you know i have an upbeat personality and i like to crack jokes every now and then. So, in this teamspeak room, one of these people decided to snake on me and take my words as gospel. He/she then reported this quote to an admin.
Now i wont disagree, someone should report something if malicious threats are made. However, it was a CLEAR joke in the setting and was completely taken out of context. Anyone who knows me in the staff team may vouch for me that i wouldn't do such a thing.
Following this, maybe a few days or a week later (i don't really remember) as i was on a week long bender with the boys. After this, a mate of mine jumped on the server and i thought i was a funny cunt so i decided to passenger seat some poor hobos in kavala square. Now i wont deny, that this is a malicious act. Its straight bullshit and innocent members of the community shouldn't have to deal with acts like this.
This is why i was banned.

As i am writing this, i am searching for this answer myself. Is it for the memes? is it for the roleplay? or is it perhaps- and dare i say for the frags? i don't know. But what i do know is there is not a bad egg in the RPUK community. And thats why i want to take a moment and apologise to each and everyone on these forums. I am sorry that i have failed you, i made a stupid silly mistake and i can only apologise that i brought myself down to the level of these very scum that i should have been against.
More than the server itself, i want to return because of the community. During my dark days of being banned a friend of mine reached out to me and told me that there had been some spicy bans regarding certain individuals on the server. Its honestly crazy times considering that two of the biggest groups on the server have been blanket banned. I want to keep up with the community and browse the forums etc. I just want to keep up with the community.
Why should we unban you ?
Honestly, it was a pretty clear rule break. Im not going to deny that it was just straight blatant VDM (even though i was 1.6d). Having said that, i have seen with my very own eyes people who have done worse being given second chances and unbanned. As this was the only thing that i have done intentionally wrong, i would appreciate being unbanned. Having said that, i also understand that not everyone gets second chances.
It might be worth noting that i was primarily banned due to my own negligence and stupidity. I just want it to be noted and specified as the evidence stacks up against me, i never intended to make a VDM montage. I never had any videos// did any intentional VDM like this before- rendering it impossible. Obviously i didnt have chance to say this ingame when i was notified that somebody got this tip.
