In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for being caught up in a blanket ban revolved around the KET gang. As far as I am aware, there were events of RDM and VDM being taking place and it was just getting to the point where it was looking like enough was enough for the gang hence the blanket ban being put in place.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
Well I haven't waited until the 6 month period, I logged onto my PC at around 16:34pm on 25/03/2018 to discover that I have been 1.6 banned for the blanket ban against the gang as a whole. (Sorry I couldn't really put much effort into this section. It was literally just one of those things where I was away from the PC the whole morning and I only just discovered the ban in the early hours of the afternoon.)
Why do you want to return ?
Well, I am first of all going to start off by saying that I am heavily disappointed not only in me for receiving a ban (especially a 1.6) not so far away from me previously appealing my last ban and also being disappointed in the fact that it has been known that members within the gang have been abusing the RDM and VDM rule today on Roleplay UK's servers. Now I am going to be honest, I was not involved in any of today's events revolved around committing RDM or VDM whether that being on a different community or Roleplay UK's servers. I have not been told when these events happened but I can assure you that I was not one of the members that would join in such an act. Now don't get me wrong, I have not been an absolute angel and I am far from perfect hence my previous bans in the past last year and also the ban from this year. I have been known better for my roleplay throughout the majority of my time in this community when I took it upon myself to join the police within Roleplay UK. Now, during my roleplaying as a rebel, I was a part of the TSP gang with a few other ex-police who decided to leave and come and play with me. The people that I were associated with in that gang were people who would put roleplay first before anything. Unfortunately there came a time where our leader (Pupss) was reported for what looked like a situation of baiting. The result of that report did lead to him receiving a ban + me as well since I was one of the members that shot the police. I did however provide my side of the story to that event in my previous unban appeal. After the reasonable wait to find out the verdict to my appeal, I discovered that I was unbanned but Pupss was denied of his appeal. Pupss was granted a chance to re-appeal after a week had passed. During this time period, the gang started to lose members considering we had lost our gang leader for a longer period of time. I then ended up losing faith in TSP and decided to play with my other ex-police friend (Porter) who was a member of KET. Kevin, the KET leader asked if I would like to be a member within the gang. I decided to take it upon myself to join considering the condition of TSP. In regards to my place within KET, I have never been someone for being toxic such as throwing out racial words or saying anything abusive towards the Staff or management team. I have never been somebody who would go to the trouble of breaking certain rules that everybody should know about such as RDM and VDM. All I can really say is, I apologise for my involvement within the gang that has set this really big negative spotlight on me.
Why should we unban you ?
Well, to be honest.. As much as I would really like to be unbanned, I'm beginning to lose confidence in myself on getting unbanned this time around considering that I have just been unbanned from a situation and now here I am appealing a 1.6 ban. But I do love this community a hell of a lot so of course I am going to give this appeal a go.
I am better known for the roleplay that I deliver more than anything and I have been quite the active member within Roleplay UK because its literally the ONLY roleplay community I mainly play. I am not somebody who is out to break rules within roleplay communities and I am somebody who would roleplay first before anything. I am very much aware of the ''frag orientated'' folk that roam around on roleplay communities and I wouldn't consider myself to be a part of that category of people. I joined KET for the sake of playing with an active gang since the situation with my previous gang was going down a slope and also to play with people who I have played with in the past whether they were people who were in the police or in the UNMC last year. Now if I were aware of the gang members breaking severe rules today, I would of definitely took it upon myself to seek out for staff advice on what I should do for the sake of my future within Roleplay UK. It was just unfortunate that I logged onto my PC after the blanket ban had been issued. I 100% respect the reason for this blanket ban and I have to accept the consequences even if I wasn't involved in the major rule breaking situations.
I do well and truly hope this isn't the ban that ends my whole Roleplay UK experience for me because I do really care about my place here. If I didn't care, I just wouldn't of bothered putting in my appeal to be given a chance to play and rethink my choice of who I play with. I know that some permanent appeals have resulted in terms being put in place and I completely respect that if I was to ever to be unbanned from a permanent ban, I would accept the terms if it meant that you were to gain my trust.
P.S I HAVE NOT JOINED IN WITH THE OTHERS ON MOVING TO A DIFFERENT COMMUNITY. AS A MATTER OF FACT, I HAVE NOT PLAYED ON ANY OTHER COMMUNITY SINCE MY BAN. I DO NOT EVEN OWN A FORUM ACCOUNT ON ANOTHER COMMUNITIES FORUM SITE SO I AM UNABLE TO CHECK IF I'M LISTED UNDER THEIR ROSTER ON THESE OTHER COMMUNITIES FORUMS. - This is just so you are aware because it would be a total shame if my appeal were to be denied due to the others that decided to play on different communities and form the gang there even though I was not one of the people to join in with that. I am completely aware that the grass isn't greener on these other communities hence why I have been waiting patiently through my appeal process.
