BEFORE READING THE REST OF THE APPEAL, PLEASE READ THIS AS SUGGESTED BY A STAFF LEAD:
This permanent ban appeal is not being submitted by Spoon himself, it is being submitted by somebody else (known by Staff whom I am), the appeal itself is being written by spoon, and everything below this section is Spoon's words, and he would confirm that, problem being, he has no access to the website, he may be IP banned or just login or registration banned, those are the only reasons I can think of. Spoon came to me as a member of the community and asked for help and I obliged by offering to create an account for him. I apologise for any confusion caused, but as recommended by a Staff Lead, I am now making this as clear as possible. Spoon was banned on the 23rd January 2018 for 1.6, this is why he only now chosen to submit a ban appeal as he knows the cool down period has expired. As said before, Spoon is writing everything below this section, I submit it for him as he has no access to this website, my apologies for not being clear enough, 6 months has passed since his ban and again my apologies.

I was banned for being insulting to the community in my TS bio, and also for trolling a staff member. At the time I thought this was a funny thing to do and did not realise months down the line how much I would miss the server, I have a couple more friends playing the server now, and have matured a lot since my ban in terms of my respect of the work of the community staff. I speak to friends who play this server often about how much of a good time they have on this server and would love to be able to join them again and play this server. I know what I did was a silly and downright stupid thing to do and I personally apologise to Aiden and any other staff member that I angered with my actions. If I could spend a day and your shoes and see how much you guys do, then I know I'd have a lot more respect, and I know I can show you that, which is why I am hoping you will give me a chance.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
Well in the time that I have been gone I have mainly been doing a lot of real life stuff, studying and playing other games of course. Recently was when I started to reflect on my actions and realise that what I did was a very stupid thing to do and I regret it really a lot, especially since a lot of my friends have joined the server since my ban and are having a lot of fun. I actually have done a lot of thinking about whether trying to return is the right thing for me and I ultimately have decided to try.
Why do you want to return ?
There are a lot of reasons that I would like to return. Firstly, a lot of my friends now play on this server, the opportunity to join them is something I would value very much, as well as being able to rejoin my friends that I used to have on the server. Secondly, I really am sorry for my actions, I hope I can be forgiven as there is no way for me to prove my apology through simply typing it. Thirdly, I would love to rejoin the Police if I'm able to come back as I've heard about a lot of improvements to the faction, as well as other improvements to the server itself such as Poseidon and the ARAC towing and things like that. Finally and most importantly, I would like to be able to RP with people again on the server, as I have never played a good RP server since and have not been able to get invested in any other Arma RP server.
Why should we unban you ?
As I said, I am sincerely sorry for my actions, there is no way for me to show this over simply typing, but I'd like to say that I've tried other RP server on Arma and it is not the same, this server simply has the best community and highest quality roleplay and the most to do out of every server I've been on. Since I left, more of my friends have come across the server and I would love to be able to play with those guys and my old friends from the server again. If I am given a chance I would love to join back to the Police as this was always a way for me to have fun, I've even considered joining the NHS if I am allowed back, so that may be something I would look into. My promise is that I can be a positive community member if unbanned, so that is why you should unban me. I feel as if I can show you a definite change as I know I definitely messed up before and I'd like to show you that I can change.
