In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
1.6 - I was banned because I was in a room called something along the lines of "Banning Room" in the private OG discord while people were attempting to mass RDM. I would like to make it clear however that I joined the room shortly after they'd been banned. Saying that, I did know what they were going to do. I do regret this and realise that it was a stupid decision to do what I did.
8.1.5 - I misunderstood the rule but still take full responsibility for my actions and I do apologise.
I also made the stupid decision to make a false account under the name Jim Williams as I wanted to be able to be on the forums but worried if I had made a Ziffy_UNBAN account I would just be banned instantly. This was a knee jerk decision that was stupid of me and I apologise for it.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
It hasn't been 6 months.
Why do you want to return ?
In my last appeal I stated that "I would like to return because I would like to continue playing arma in a friendly, non-toxic community as opposed to one with non-enforced rules and nobody can get along". Although Wilco made a good point suggesting this is a load of rubbish, I still stand by it as my intention wasn't to take part in this activity, or be with them while they were doing it. I didn't join their room to have a giggle about what they'd just done, I just wanted to know if they'd actually done it or not for a start, because as I said before, there was no changing their minds, and how it happened, what they actually did etc. When I say they were set on doing it, I mean as in getting themselves banned in one way or another. My point is, if I really "loved toxic environments" I would have been there, wetting myself at the "really funny RDM spree". However, this was not the case, I genuinely do want to be a part of this community. I also said about how if I didn't get unbanned here I would probably just quit Arma. This, although only a week later, has stood to be true and to be completely honest I haven't even wanted to open Arma on my computer because I'm banned here. It is the only server/community I liked on Arma and everything else completely bores me.
Why should we unban you ?
Well, to be completely honest I try not to be toxic and keep out of trouble but I always seem to end up in it where often I am not the person directly committing the major rule breaks for example what I was permed for last time. This is still my fault however, because I seem to often make knee jerk decisions, which land me in shit, and it is clear I have a problem with who I surround myself with. At the time, I obviously don't see these people to be troublesome and they become my friends, that is what makes it so hard to "snake" them because I am a loyal person and it appears when things like these happen that I am more loyal to my "friends" than the community I truly love which is unfortunate because as I said before, I often make quick but stupid decisions and I am trying to improve on that and stop doing such things. I swear I will try my absolute best to keep away from trouble and troublesome people. You have a perfectly good case for wanting to keep me out of this community after the mistakes I've made and the fact I wasted the golden chance after getting unbanned the first time but I am honestly so sorry for the mistakes I've made and if handed one more chance I will be certain to prove to you that it was not in fact a waste of time and actually the correct decision. Everything I have done I regret and I will do everything I can to keep the community clean and myself out of trouble.
