Public Parking at Mission Row PD

Suggestion:

Add public parking in front of Mission Row PD for the same reason it exists at City Hall, Impound Lot and Delivery Hub.

Pros:

• Let's visitors like Solicitors or people there for meetings etc park vehicles without having them stolen
  
• Not an officer, but could let them take a vehicle out when they go off duty 
  

Cons:

• Don't see any so please enlighten me
