Description of what happened: Well, he glitched restraints. Aftet that incident as well he tried to do the same to Conner Merlin down at the station.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, he said "I DONT CARE,I AM PLAYING UNTIL I AM BANNED" on the lines, and that is the reason i am reporting, cant help people that dont care.
