Description of what happened: Was in pursuit of a SUV, tried to pull him over but he refused to. Sirenes were on, but he decided to crash and after that rdm.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B, 3L
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I tried to send him a message in game with // but he didn't respond, gave him enough chance to talk with me.
