Description of what happened:
I was asking the person in the video to put his hands up a few seconds before the video began, he said he didn't know how to so I restrained him and was going to type him a note on the control OOC. However I heard a voice saying "hands up officer" but before I could even react started shooting at me. He may have tried to RP it, but giving somebody no opportunity to comply in my view, is not roleplay but an excuse to RDM people.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3B) RDM - Random Death Match
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I text him asking him to come to Teamspeak, but received no response.
