Description of what happened:
No real pretext that I could see or know about, but the above player opened fire indiscriminately on players inside the Kavala safezone as shown by the video. I couldn't hear any threats prior to the video or any other form of roleplay either if that means anything, but of course it was a clear safezone. Should any contest be made about what happened in the time prior, I was at the ATM for a minute or two before the shots being fired and can provide that footage if need be but wanted to keep my render & upload short so I could carry on playing.
What Rule Was Broken ?:

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No. Nothing to resolve with me. Video evidence on behalf of the others RDM'd.
