Reduce weight for evidence bags and fingerprint cards

As police we need to have so much on us, and just essential equipment with food, drink etc I only have maybe 5/6 slots left and once I seize items my inventory is full which is a pain. 

I propose the evidence bags and fingerprint cards don't "weigh" anything like some of the other items so we can carry and seize more items.. 

If there is another thread for police suggestions I cant see it.
