Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Bug Report Post Timer
Provide a full description of the bug: If you try to post a bug report with incorrect information (for example time 2222 and not 22:22) after correcting the error and trying to post you are already on a cooldown and have to wait before making the topic which is ANNOYING.
