Please (in detail) describe the incident: This unfriendly racist homophobic came to our "turf" tried to steal a vehicle and ended up getting shot and going down. after this he decided to be racist, homophobic, throw abuse OOC, not roleplay at all and just generally be extremely toxic then he combat logged twice.

The video I've included is just short clip of 3 incidents put into one, I can post more if needed.
