Please (in detail) describe the incident: Drove into the truck stop to finish delivering some cargo (i have already been in the teamspeak today and made a discord ticket in regards to issues with the truck stop.

Player 120 started demanding i say my name and a full sentence?? anyway i ignored him and went about getting another delivery, i thought it would be funny (seeing as though he was still hanging around) to give him a 'full sentence' so i said 'suck your mum'. He then orders me out of the truck and to put my hands up and so I did as he asked. I quickly tried to bind the key for showing player IDs just incase this guy killed me for no reason and before i could do anything he shoots me in the head. He then took my body and dumped me in the sea (i dont have this on record). I know i didnt have my hands up but he just esculated the situation so quickly for no reason, i was no threat, had no weapons and had got out of my truck. They were looking for an excuse to murder me for no reason.

This is clear RDM. The player had no right to pull a gun out and start making demands without rhyme or reason. Being 'cheeky' isnt a reason to murder someone. I did what he asked and he still killed me. I cant stand players that go around with guns and act tough and think they can ask you to do anything they want. It ruins the game, players like this dont even do anything other than try to antagonise people and baiting them into situations where they ultimately get killed. The fact they took my body and dumped it in water means i couldnt get revived, all this for what? one funny comment from myself. This is RDM telling someone to 'suck their mum' isnt a valid reason to murder them.

Alright lets get into it.

The player had no right to pull a gun out and start making demands without rhyme or reason. Being 'cheeky' isnt a reason to murder someone. I did what he asked and he still killed me

• I mean you did said to him suck your mom, don't act tough and expect not to get the backlash for your actions.
  
• Being cheeky isnt necesarily a reason to murder someone but you not complying with him is, besides its up to him to roleplay how he wants aslong as it is within the rules, which it was.
  
• You didn't do what he asked, he told you to keep your hands up entire time and was more than patient with you, instead you decided to drop your hands down and fiddle with settings, sorry but what kind of value of life is this? Surely you understand why you've been shoot there. I get why you had to bind it, but you should have picked a different time to do it not at gunpoint.
  

Now as for the id 120 I did see him break RP in voice when he first threatened you, you are at our gunpoint do you not value your life.
