Please (in detail) describe the incident: 139 and 142 Had be earlier reported for causing a nuisance at Pillbox with 142 seen with a Machete. They rode off together on a local bagger which you can see 139 Riding in the footage. 139 is then following me around after I've decided to ignore the baiting behavior, started to nick another local when 142 Rammed full pelt into me/bagger blowing the bagger up. They then both left in a orange van but returned when NHS came by.

Looking into this I can see the baiting from 139 and the RVDM from 142, these two users are currently already banned by the time I am writing this however this will be added onto their records.
