Please (in detail) describe the incident: Started a chase with this lad down at Vagos turf once I seen him dealing with a machette in hand, ended up with him binning it and trying to escape on foot and once caught he logged pretty much soon as he got tasered after trying to attack me. Not once at any point did he speak during the interaction or attempt to contact me OOC. I waited a while after to see if he would return but no joy.

PS. Sorry for the terrible bitrate and lack of audio in the video, I've been trying new software since Medal is dogshit and hadn't set it up correctly.
