Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were chasing a male in a stolen vehicle, when the car broke down and he decided to jump off a bridge to his death.

Thank you for taking the time to make the report. Overall this one is clear cut, Player didn't value their life and jumped off a bridge that would of killed them anyway. Due to this a ban will be placed on 165 for NVL.
