Thank you for taking the time to make a player report @lukedo2929

Looking over the video the clip is only 30 seconds long so for the RDM aspect we would be unable to look under this rule as we would require 3-5 minutes prior to the rule being broken to be provided to us. Now the player overall did break C1.2 and from checking has already been permanently banned for this. I will go ahead and mark the report as accepted and add this report to the notes.
