Please (in detail) describe the incident: Had a guy in cells after a chase during which he drove sideways on a wall so i knew something was going to happen. He started doing emotes at the cell door. To no one's surprise he glitched out shortly after and started to attack other people instantly. Wouldn't normally report it but judging from his attitude in the whole situation he is not here to RP at all, rather just to piss people off, whole thing started with him VDMing us at a scene

Player very clearly using emotes to exploit through the cells to attempt an attack on officers. Intent was clear with multiple emotes used.
