Please (in detail) describe the incident: I arrived at the scene of life invader finding out that there was mass shootout with police and TFA after searching the building and gathering our injuries from upstairs we went to ensure that the scene was safe, from this we had a individual who we found out later in QE was not TFA was on a motorcycle and blaring the sirens causing disruption and im going to be completely honest a bit of a minge, from this I attempted to tackle the fella off the bike and to move it inside to get them to leave the scene and situation so we can take control to what was going on, however from this I moved inside as there was an individual inside who was in cuffs however was only being searched for a machete however I spotted outside that sarah was swinging at an individual with a baton and of which I went to assist, from this is was very brief however the individuals simply shot all the police dead and then moved inside to kill everybody else and that simply was the scene.

Hello @Bobby Stanley thank you for taking the time to write this report.

Quite frankly here the roleplay was shocking and it comes across that the individuals involved was trying to provoke the Police to react therefore can attempt to justify shooting them. I don't understand why you would steal a Police Motorbike at an active scene with multiple police present and continuously blare the sirens right at the front door.

Understandably Police attempted to get their bike back and tackled the individual off the bike and moved it inside the building. The reported players then entered the building to steal the bike back and then said "I wouldn't keep this going if I was you". The individuals was given ample opportunity to leave and the Police didn't go after them due to focusing on dealing with the original scene and the reported players decided to stay in the area baiting.

The rule states:

(G1.3) Baiting
Taking deliberate actions to create a scenario where you get chased or engaged with, especially to cause a firefight. Examples: Robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, deliberately committing crimes in front of the police, swearing at a group of gang members.

I don't understand what the end goal was here and what roleplay was even being provided.
