What best describes this incident: Combat Cuff/Combat Restraining
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was in MRPD cells with PC Daniels and we were in the fingerprint room after he didn't manage to get fingerprints working the first time round. He left my character out of cuffs for this which is fair enough. Once he was done with it I did /Me Rings Dominoes on the police phone. Just tryna have a laugh and that. PC Daniels then states get off the phone or you'll be cuffed. He then cuffs without tackling, tazing/ putting my character in a vulnerable position to be cuffed. I believe this is combat cuffing. We had a chat in QE after the situation and I've let him know that combat cuffing/restraining is a rule break and he'll be more aware of this in future. I decided to bring this to the forums as the police are a whitelisted factions and RP standards are very high and things like this shouldn't go unnoticed.
