Please (in detail) describe the incident: I got my truck from Civil impound then ID 223 and his friend followed me for like 3-4min .. At first i thought they will leave but they kept following me and when i was on highway i called my friend and i went to him then we managed to get ID 223 after we told him to leave but he kept coming back .. his friend was around all the time and everytime he re-connect he chat with us for a little bit then Disconnect again.
