Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was off duty on my police on my new bike and i was coming around to mrpd to park up and clock on 272 swerved in my side of the road and crashed into me and drove off . not even a minute later he came back round to attempt to steal my bike upon which he crashed into me again incapped me and drove off without a word said i believe the clip speaks for itself
