Player Cypher Jackson - Banned for 24 hours with rule G2.12 (Poor RP)

I have chose to ban for poor RP because i hate using the "NVL" rule as i believe its very situational. However i can see this player was new, but he did refuse any sort of roleplay.

Adding to that, when someone is downed. They are under no obligation to allow you to pick them up.
