What best describes this incident ?: C.2.3 (Combat Logging)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Whilst trying to stop and search someone, the person fled when we managed to catch him we cuffed him and then he proceeded to combat log twice,
In this clip: https://streamable.com/j8uqa8 you see him combat log as soon as he is he is taken out of the car, we waited for 10 minutes after this too see if he would return and he never did (8:45 pm)

Might I add we believe that this is the same guy combat logging twice in the same day hence why I've added both the ID's in the report.
No Liaison was taken place due to the fact we did not know if he logged back in or not on both occasions.
